Roman is the founder and managing attorney of Balaban Law. Roman works hard to ensure that every client feels valued and is treated fairly. Roman is fluent in Russian and can help represent the interests of Russian speaking clients who may not be fluent in English. Roman’s team also speaks Spanish, and they are dedicated to compassionate, effective and efficient handling of your case.

A contingency fee means that there are no up-front attorney fees or costs unless we prevail on your claim. We agree to work on your case and pursue compensation for your injuries in exchange for a portion of the recovery.
